Messages to send

Each customer agreed to hear from you about their order. Tap Open WhatsApp, press send in WhatsApp, come back and tap Mark sent. The offer clock starts when you mark it sent.

Payments to confirm

Customers pay your own UPI ID. Open your UPI app, check the money arrived, then tap Money received. Only then is the order turned into a prepaid order.

Upload a sheet

CSV with these columns: external_order_id, customer_name, customer_phone, whatsapp_opt_in, order_total, payment_mode, payment_status. Amounts in rupees. Only rows with whatsapp_opt_in = yes get messages.

Money fields are in paise (100 paise = ₹1). Percent rewards use reward min/max as percentages.
